Visioning, Full Stack Engineering, Strategy, Operations, Project Management, & UX
Project Summary: In 2020, OtherPowers visioned, designed, built & launched UNHCR’s R4V platform & refuge-facing app. This NGO collaboration platform connects thousands of participating NGOs (RedCross, Doctor’s without Borders,UNICEF etc) with UNHCR-coordinated supplies & resources.
R4V also provides critical goods & services to over 6.5M displaced persons and at-risk communities in Venezuela and its surrounding countries.
Our platform has also since been re-purposed to serve as a COVID-relief & disaster-related collaboration tool and global coordination platform since its original launch. R4V is now actively used by an additional 18 federal governments, across a number of humanitarian crises & human rights efforts.
Services Provided:Full-stack ENG, UX, Product & Strategy for MVP/V1 Build. Desktop tool for Internal Staff and paired mobile app for on our offline displaced communities.
